Sam Zidell, the owner of Zidell Physical Therapy, is a native to Florida and was born and raised in Miami Beach. Sam graduated from Touro College with a B.A. in Psychology. He later went on to pursue a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Florida International University. Sam is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. With a strong passion for optimizing a person’s function, he synthesizes the science of physical therapy with strength training to optimize one’s physical performance to reach their individual goals through a personalized treatment plan.
Dr. Zidell has a variety of experience in the physical therapy field, treating patients in the hospital setting to the outpatient setting. He’s been providing physical therapy to those experiencing post orthopedic operations, strokes, balance deficits, muscle weakness, spinal cord injuries and rehabilitating those with acute injuries to chronic pain. Sam also specializes in providing in-home physical therapy to those who desire to regain their strength to perform their daily activities.
